Can I speak to someone that knows these seats inside and out?

We have the answers!
How does the shipping and delivery work, and how fast can I get my seats?
Normally, within 2 business days of your order placement, your home theater seats will be thoroughly inspected, banded and wrapped to a pallet for protection, and picked up by our freight carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days in transit to your destination. When your purchase arrives at a terminal close to your home, the carrier will contact you to let you know that they are ready to make the final delivery to your curbside.
Our free delivery requires you to be home to receive your seats, and sign for the delivery. The truck will deliver to your curbside. You will also be responsible for unloading the seats and bringing them into your home. These seats are heavy, so be sure to have an extra pair of hands to help you with the unloading.
Is the leather high quality?
Our seats are made of a high quality mid-grade leather on all the seating surfaces that you are in contact with in normal use. The inconspicuous parts of the seats (the sides of the arms and the rear of the seats) are covered in a matching vinyl. The vinyl is an excellent match in both grain and color.
I need to sit in the seats before I buy, where can I go to see them?
We are unable to direct you to a specific retailer in your area that carries the same seats that we do. However, the seats are manufactured by Coaster Company of America, and it is likely that there is a retailer in your area that carries this brand.
If I add an additional middle seat, will it recline and function like the other seats in the row?
If you expand a row of seating by adding additional middle seats, the added middle seats will function and recline exaclty like all the other seats in the row. The additional seat will also have an armrest on either side of it with a cupholder.
What is the warranty on your theater seating?
The entire seat is warrantied for one year by us. If you should ever have need for service, we have repair people in your area to take care of any concern.
Who makes these seats?
Our seats are imported from Asia by Coaster Company of America.
Are these seats comfortable and good quality?
Yes to both questions! We have sold thousands of our home theater seats, and our customers have raved about the quality and comfort. Read what our customers are saying by clicking on the "Our Customer's Comments" link found on our home page.
What if I get them and I don't like them, what is the return policy?
Because of the high cost of shipping these large theater seats, returns can be very costly. We caution you to be very sure that the seats will physically fit in your room. Measure, and measure again. Also be aware that all monitors reproduce color slightly differently. While we take every measure to tweak our photos to best represent our furniture's true colors, we can not be responsible for any perceived variances in your color choice.
If within 30 days of receiving your seats you wish to return them, contact us for a return authorization. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of our 20% restocking fee.
Do you have swatches of the leather available?
Sorry, swatches are not available.
Can I eliminate one of the arms in a row to create a "loveseat"?
The arms of our theater seating are permanently attached to the seats. We are unable to remove an arm to create a loveseat configuration.
Can I pay extra to get my seats even faster?
Because our seats are truck shipped, there isn't any affordable way to expedite the shipping. Our normal shipping time frame of 10 calendar days from order to delivery is one of the industry's fastest ship times.
If I have a narrow doorway or stairwell, will I be able to get my seats into my media room?
Our seats are modular. Each recliner in a row ships in it's own box. Further, we ship the recliners with the back dismounted. This allows the buyer to carry the base of the recliner (which is the largest and bulkiest piece) through an opening as narrow as 24". We've even had customers move these theater seats up a spiral staircase.
Can I get an electric recline mechanism instead of the manual?
At this time, we are only offering manual recline mechanisms in our theater seats.
Where is the release for the manual recline mechanism?
The release mechanism is a thumb lever built into the side of the armrests of our theater recliners.
What if I need service for my theater recliners?
Our recliners are well built and have proven extremely reliable. In the unlikely event that you need service, contact us at 888-281-9417 and we will put you in touch with the service person in your local area.
Which of the sets is the most comfortable?
We always recommend that you should purchase the largest seats that will comfortably fit in your designated room. All of our sets are very comfortable, but the larger seat surface and increased width in the armrest of our bigger sets does provide increased comfort.
My space is limited, what seats do you recommend?
Our best seller, The Showtime Collection, is a great choice if your room cannot accomodate our larger sets. This set only needs 101" for a row of three seats.
How big should I build my riser for the back row?
We have found that a platform riser works well if it is built about 8" high, and 6 feet deep. That depth allows the seats to go into their full recline, and still allows a small aisle between rows. The width of the riser should accomodate the width of your seating row, with a few inches added to either side for aesthetics.
Can you delay shipment and coordinate it with my room build-out time frame?
We would be happy to coordinate the shipment of your seats with any future date. We do this all the time as a regular part of our business, as a large part of our customer base are builders that require this type of coordination with their building schedules.
