We ordered the Paramount 3 seat theater set and we absolutely love it. We were a little nervous about ordering online...but after reading ALL the reviews we were confident of this purchase. We ordered it on Saturday, it was prepped and inspected on Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and by Thursday morning we had the call from the delivering company. I work for a Trucking company so I know how shipments can look when they arrive at the terminals. This was in good condition and I was delighted that the driver had a pallet jack to roll it into my garage. He was A-1. The seats are comfortable and look absolutely fantastic in our room.

I spent weeks visiting every local furniture store and warehouse I could find. I went to each with an item in mind and conveyed my wishes to the salespeople at those stores. Each and every one of them wanted me to compromise and lose one or more features that I wanted. Finally I had found out about home theater seating, all my requirements were met, except for the cost constraint. I did some research and found this site, found The Showtime Collection Leather Home Theater Seating Recliners and fell in love. I told the sales person that I could not lift the seating off the truck, because of my injury. He told me that the truck would have a lift gate. I was very happy with the service and the seating set. Purchased the Matinee Brown Microfiber seats. First, I was very pleased with how the product was packed. The chairs were very well protected for shipping and arrived without any problems.
Second, I was somewhat worried about what the quality would be for not personally seeing the chairs before purchase. The way the chairs connect to one another really makes the setup very stable. Comfort and appearance turned out to be better than what we expected.
Third, My budget was tight so the Savvy price worked out just right. Last, I was Very pleased with this purchase. You won't find a better value for under $800.

We had ordered home theater seats originally through another company online and unfortunately it turned into a scam. They kept promising our seats would be delivered and kept pushing back the delievery date and could never give us a straight answer! We were having a wedding Sept. 8th and needed the chairs delivered for our guests to enjoy the new home theater.
It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend and I called Savvy Decorator asking if there was any chance we could have 8 theater seats delivered to us by Wednesday at the lastest (keep in mind this was Labor Day weekend and most stores and deliveries did not occur on Monday). So we were basically asking them to get these chairs to us in 2 days...AND they made it HAPPEN!!!
They were so friendly, called to keep us informed what time and when the chairs would be delivered, and showed up exactly when they said they would... Truly unbelievable service that should be praised!
The guy who delivered the chairs explained to us how to set them up and if we ever had any problems to just give them a call.

I am not normally one who posts comments to anything but I thought it necessary to share with you today.
I have to admit that I prefer to buy locally and hope that my customers do so as well; but when the local market cannot support the product or there is a significant price savings outside the area, I will shop around. That was the case with your company. I searched many local furniture places that had similar products, but did not have the style, color or inventory that I needed. I also spent many hours on-line searching for furniture for my home theatre, but always seemed to come back to your site. I was hesitate to purchase furniture from a supplier I never dealt with and one in which I have never sampled or tried their merchandise, but was very pleased to have shopped with you.
We received our seating in less than a week from our order date and in perfect condition. It was delivered to my door with a friendly and courteous driver (Thank you Fed-Ex) and was assembled in a matter of minutes. The seating was in the condition I would expect from a local furniture showroom and described fairly accurate to it's description on your web site.
As a business owner I know that customer service is important in business and to me. This is the way to go for theater furniture!!
The money I saved on my seating allowed me to spend a little bit more on
my projector. I laughed when they tried to sell me theater seating in
a store that was 3 to 4 times the price and nothing noticeably better
than what I purchased. If you are building a "man cave" or a theater,
this is the best decision you will make. Build your budget with your
other half based on retail seating. Then use the money you will save on

I must concur with the sentiment of others. I as well was skeptical about such a large order online but the comments here made me give it a shot. Seats are great quality and comfortable. Arrived in 4 days, 5 if you count the day after Thanksgiving as a work day. Packaged extremely well, shrink wrapped and on a pallet. The only snafu was with the delivery company. They called me on Tuesday to arrange delivery for Thursday and to make sure I had help. I arranged for the day off and my helper the day off as well. No chairs on Thursday. This however is no reflection of the quality and service from Savvy. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I was a little skeptical about quality and delivery for online theater seat purchases, but I was wrong on all counts. I ordered the four-seat version of the "Paramount Collection" seating, and it worked out perfectly. The seats (manufactured in China) appear to be of good quality (perhaps better than the Berkline seating that I looked at in a large furniture store), and the shipping was very quick (three days to KC). I recommend having a hand truck available to off load the packages. We found the seats to be very easy to assemble--the units simply clasp together with a male/female "drop in" locking mechanism, and the backs simply slide onto aligning/retaining bars attached to the seat bottoms. The hinge mechanism for the storage bins is of surpringly good quality. Overall, utterly no problems. I feel we got excellent seats at a price way below anything available from local stores. The Savvy Decorator folks are good communicators.

Checked out many places online and locally for my home theater seating and chose Savvy Decorator Online for both the price (cheapest I could find) and free shipping. Placed my order on Sunday afternoon online, and had my five recliners sitting in my home theater on Thursday night. Took me and my wife less than 45 minutes to put all five together in place, the hardest part being unpacking them from the double boxes. Don't know how they managed to get them here in 4 days, but the truck driver was quick, on time (he called to let us know exactly when he would be at our house but was actually five minutes early), and curteous.
I now have five leather recliners in two rows (row of 3 and row of 2) in my home theater and the whole family is happy. They have been in my home now for 3 months and we are completely satisfied.
